Sweet Tooth…

A woman knew that her husband had a sweet tooth and was concerned that
the chocolate chip cookies she had just baked might disappear before she
returned from running errands. So, to protect her cookies, she taped a
verse on them:

“Everything is permissible for me — but not everything is beneficial.”
– 1 Corinthians 6:12.

When she returned she found half of the cookies were missing, and a new
verse was now attached:

“The righteous eat to their heart’s content, but the stomach of the
wicked goes hungry” – Proverbs 13:25.
